The service

BothKnow is a family organizer for family profiles, everyday details, medical information, documents, and events. The Privacy Policy explains information handling.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account or use the service.

Accounts

Sign-in in the source can use email, Apple, or Google through the configured Supabase authentication service. BothKnow accounts are for people in the United States who are 16 or older. Ages 16–17 need a parent or legal guardian to confirm permission from their own BothKnow account. People under 16 cannot create an account. The signup code rejects under 16 and locations outside the United States. A guardian confirmation does not by itself share records or grant family access. Create an account only for yourself and do not share login credentials.

Information about other people

Enter another person’s information only when you have authority to do so. A family role, or a guardian confirmation for a teen account, does not by itself decide authority over that person’s health information. Do not upload material you have no right to use.

Family sharing

You keep your rights in what you add. You give Masch Media LLC the limited permission needed to store, protect, recover, and display that information so BothKnow can follow your instructions. People with approved access to a shared family can see that family’s records. Removing access does not recall screenshots, exports, or copies someone already kept.

Not medical care

BothKnow does not diagnose, treat, or replace a clinician, caregiver, or emergency service. Do not rely on reminders or calendar display for emergencies.

Deletion and purchases

To review account deletion, open Menu → Manage account. That screen stays off unless its release flag is enabled. These terms do not offer deletion to customers. The deletion code removes families that account owns and does not remove a family owned by someone else. If purchases are offered later, Apple processes App Store payment. Canceling a subscription and deleting an account are separate. The current production configuration leaves purchases off. Questions go to support@masch.media. Effective date: October 21, 2026.
